Create a Chatbot Agent

An Agent defines how FAQSure responds — which documents it uses, what language it speaks, and how confident it needs to be before answering.

Go to Settings → Agents → Create Agent and configure:

  • Name — e.g. “Customer Support Bot”
  • Language — English (en) or Thai (th)
  • System Prompt — instructions for the AI’s personality and scope
  • Confidence Threshold — how certain FAQSure must be before answering (default: 0.7)
  • Documents — all documents or specific ones

If FAQSure’s confidence score falls below the threshold, it sends a polite fallback message instead of guessing. You configure that message per agent.

  • Logs every conversation — review chat history and confidence scores in the analytics dashboard
