Invite Users to Your Tenant
Add team members to your FAQSure workspace by sending them an email invitation. Invited users can start collaborating immediately once they accept.
Who Can Invite Users
Only Admin users can send invitations. Regular users do not have access to the Admin Panel or invitation features.
If you need to invite someone but don’t see the Admin Panel in the sidebar, ask your workspace admin to send the invitation or grant you admin rights.
How to Send an Invitation
- Go to Admin Panel in the left sidebar
- Click the Invite User button
- Fill in the invitation form:
- Email — the invitee’s email address
- Admin Rights — toggle on if you want the user to have admin privileges
- Expiry — number of days before the invitation link expires (1–30 days, default 7)
- Click Send Invitation
The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation.
What the Invitee Does
- Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation
- On the invitation page, verify the token is pre-filled (it comes from the link)
- Confirm the invitation details — workspace name and who invited them
- Enter a full name and password, then click Accept
The user is automatically logged in and taken to the dashboard after accepting.
Password Requirements
Passwords must meet the following criteria:

User Roles
When sending an invitation, you assign the user’s role:

Admin users have full access to the workspace including user management, billing, and settings. Only grant admin rights to trusted team members.
Managing Pending Invitations
From the Admin Panel, you can see all invitations and their status:

| Pending | Sent but not yet accepted |
| Accepted | User has joined the workspace |
| Expired | Invitation link has passed its expiry date |
| Cancelled | Manually cancelled by an admin |
To cancel a pending invitation, click the delete icon next to it. The invitation link will no longer work.
Invitation Limits
FAQSure counts both existing users and pending invitations against your subscription plan’s user limit. If you reach the limit:
- New invitations will be blocked
- Users who try to accept an invitation after the limit is reached will see an error
Upgrade your plan under Settings → Subscription to increase the user limit.
Invitation links expire after the number of days you set when sending (default: 7 days). You can resend a new invitation if a previous one expires before the user accepts it.
